Marketing Manager

- Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, advertising, and public relations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Manage and optimize marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales materials and presentations.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of marketing projects.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Organize and participate in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to showcase our properties.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as CRM, SEO, PPC, and email marketing platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
