- Check the specifications and requirements of the project for bidding.
- Take-off quantities and cost planning for building, external and renovation works.
- Estimate to compare the variation work (value engineering & cost down, option work).
- Provide calculation sheet for quantity take-off, cost planning and combine BOQ.
- Procure sub-contractor including requests for quotations, specifications, installation method and negotiate at the beginning process.
- Rough cost planning for the client budgeting.
- Collect data of unit cost, ratio of structural quantity to compare with previous project.
- Work corporate and coordinate with other sections, namely; sales, design, procurement, construction team, third party, etc.
- Thai Nationality, Male or Female
- Age 28-32 years.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil Engineering.
- At least 3 years of working experience as an estimator in a construction company.
- Good computer skills MS Office, AutoCad, etc.
- High responsibility, ability to handle multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines is required.
- Interpersonal skills and work as team player.
- Knowledge of Construction law.
- Knowledge ISO9001 and ISO45001.
- Good communication in English, speaking, reading, and writing. (Toeic scored 500 up is an advantage)
- Have professional license at Associate or higher.
