Assess causations and damages, including reinstatement or rehabilitation where applicable. Provide clear and timely advice on any potential policy coverage issues that may arise.
- Prepare Client Reports: Draft comprehensive and accurate client reports within agreed timelines, ensuring all necessary details are captured and communicated effectively.
- Claims Management System Updates: Regularly update and maintain the claims management system to ensure all relevant information is current and accurate, supporting efficient claims handling.
- Respond to Queries: Act as a primary point of contact, responding promptly and professionally to queries from insurer clients, intermediaries, insured policyholders, and third parties. Deliver helpful and clear guidance to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage External Resources: Effectively coordinate and manage external experts, outsourced service providers, contractors, and other relevant parties, ensuring that all services are delivered in line with quality and timeliness expectations.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Prioritize the needs and concerns of clients, focusing on what matters most to the customer. Promote insurer clients’ insurance brands with professionalism, ensuring their reputation is maintained.
- Promote Ethical Standards: Uphold and promote Crawford’s core ethics, values, and commitment to integrity, ensuring all actions are aligned with the company’s standards and industry best practices.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- 1-2 years of work experience
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both Thai and English
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to make decisive, rational choices
- Meticulousness in maintaining accurate and detailed records
- Drive and enthusiasm for continual learning and developing professional competence
