หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ• To provide full personal assistant support by dealing with all correspondence and calls, minute meetings, taking messages and other administrative tasks as required
• To proactively manage and coordinate the diary of the General Manager by prioritizing and arranging internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate briefing papers are prepared and provided.
• Plan and organize travel and accommodation for the General Manager
• Maintain effective filling and data storage
• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
• Undertake any other appropriate duties as required to support the General Manager
• Carry out all the duties with complete discretion and a high regard for confidentiality.
• Any other duties relevant to the needs of the organization and as directed.
คุณสมบัติ- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
- Have education background from Secretary college will be an advantage
- At least 2 year-experience as Secretary to Executive Management
- Fluent in English language
- Solid in communication skill and good in coordinator
- Hands on person
