The Recruitment Manager is charge of the whole recruiting process ensuring that the company has competitive sourcing strategies and resources by developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Recruitment Manager plays a critical role in assisting the HR Director to hire the qualified and best possible people according to recruitment plans.
The Nature / Scope of the job (accountabilities):
- Be in charge of the recruitment plan set according to the company strategy/budget;
- Lead the process of recruiting according to HR recruitment procedures:
- Be the center of collecting the recruitment requisition forms from all departments;
- Develop job ads and post them on appropriate and efficient recruiting channels chosen (internet, newspapers, recruitment agencies, etc);
- Sourcing candidates internally or externally (from existing database or external source);
- Screening / shortlisting candidates for interviews.
- Scheduling interviews with all parties concerned (candidates, Line Manager, etc.) as soon as possible;
- Play an active part in the interview and give recommendations to Line Manager for the choice of candidate;
- Notify candidates of the outcome of the interview (“yes” and “no” candidates)
- Preparing offer packages to potential candidates;
- Be an active part of Logistics for New Hire program and Orientation program for new comers;
- Make recruitment tracking
- Prepare recruitment reports
- Other tasks/projects as assigned by the Manager.
- Bachelor Degree in HR / Psychology
- At least 5 year experience in recruitment
- Responsible
- Be honest
- Experience in dealing with various and different levels of people
- Hands-on person and good initiator
- English is a must
