Design sales plan and grow sales. Generate sales to achieve the set goal
Strategize a plan for finding new clients. Determine customer relations plan
Analyze sales data, identify issues, create a report and present ways to improve sales and build the business's competitive position
Act as a leader to oversee and supervise sales staff to ensure the company's goals are achieved
Age 30-50 years
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other relevant field
At least 3-5 years of experience in sales; experience in call centers will receive special consideration
Is eager and confident in their own capacity and enjoys challenges at work
Has good communication and presentation skills, as well as interpersonal skills
Can use personal vehicle for work
