RESPONSIBILITIES :-
1.Targeting new business opportunities.
2.Develop and maintain a contact and customer database.
3.Prepare sales proposals to clients incorporating clearly defined terms and conditions.
4.Establish an effective sales call by key customer, contacts etc.
5.Maintain a clear line of communications to all operations concern.
6.Work to achieve goals and objectives.
7.Maintains competitive analysis statistical information.
8.Interact everyday with Sales team for sales information required for professional execution of all commitments.
9.Develop and manage sales budget.
10.Participate any brand needed training and meetings as requested by Director of Sales and Marketing.
11.Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required.
12.Inform Director of Sales and Marketing of potential opportunities or concerns with customers and special projects progress.
13.Represent organization hospitality and clubs professionally always.
14.Compliance with Thana City's rules and regulations.
15.Creates effective structures, SOPs, LSOPs and systems are in place.
16.Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.
