Customer Service Agent - English skill

Answer calls from customers and service users, including handling complaints, suggestions, inquiries, problem reports, and compliments. - Problem Resolution:
Assist with solving user issues, check information in the OR backend system, and coordinate with stations to resolve on-site problems. - Customer Outreach:
Make outbound calls to customers, coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues. - Customer Chat Support:
Respond to customer inquiries via chat (Line OA) and email, addressing complaints, suggestions, questions, problem reports, and compliments. - Process Tracking:
Track the progress of ongoing issues and update customers on the status of their requests and resolutions.
- Education
: Bachelor’s degree or associate degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields. - Computer Skills
: Proficient in using computers and MS Office applications such as Excel and Word. - Skills
: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to solve problems effectively. - Experience
: At least 6 months of experience in a Call Center (Voice or Non-voice). - Language
: Good command of English.
