• Scope includes the entire P&L and Balance Sheet Thailand
• Manage annual operating plan, quarterly or periodic forecast, monthly reviews, variance analyses, quarterly or periodic management reporting.
• Coordinate planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles with the business unit and Finance leadership to ensure that timing meets business needs/ expectations.
• Related to Start up cost, proactively work with the business team to search for opportunities to improve the business and bottom-line results. Highlight areas for improvement and participation in business strategic planning activities.
• Costing manager for yearly standard cost roll up, understand cost variance and working with costing team for support regularly month end task.
• Verify the accurate filing of withholding tax and value-added tax (VAT).
• Manage bank accounts and make changes as needed and manage month-end closings and record all outstanding balances.
• Collaborate with the CPA to reconcile accounts.
• Ensure accurate filing of VAT and Withholding Tax (WHT).
• Verify proper approval of payments and ensure withholding tax has been deducted.
• Set up payments in the bank for approval and record entries in the general ledger.
• Update invoice registration for received payments.
• Assist with office administration and support other staff as needed

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance and accounting in any manufacturing.
• At least 5 years of management experience.
• Advance conversation high - business in English.
• Proficient in using Excel/Google Sheets to design and prepare dashboards, analyze financial statements, and monitor and control work effectively.
• Exhibits good communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with colleagues.
• Demonstrates creativity and systematic thinking.
• Displays honesty, punctuality, attention to detail, high accuracy, and enthusiasm.
• Responsible, capable of prioritizing tasks, handling pressure well, and completing assigned tasks within deadlines.
• Possession of a professional accounting certificate (CPD) is preferred.
