- Oversee Operations: manage sea and air import/Export Operations and drive improvements for operational efficiency.
- Monitor Key Metrics and Develop Action Plans: Regularly Monitor management Metrics related to Operations and Develop and Implement Action Plans for Business improvements.
- Department management: Lead, Develop, and manage operational staff to improve team performance and operational quality.
- Industry Trend Analysis and Strategy Development: Analyze trends in import/export operations and industry developments, adjusting and evolving the department’s strategy accordingly.
- Quantitative performance evaluation and improvements: conduct Quantitative performance evaluations to identify strengths and weaknesses in Operations, and propose and Implement specific improvement measures.
- Reporting: Prepare regular Reports on performance and operational improvements for senior management.
- Other duties: Lead and Support operational initiatives and projects as required.

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 7 years experience in a logistic company's sea and air import/export operations.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in team leadership or management.
- Conversational high level of English (To communicate with Japanese report line)
- Strong problem-solving skills based on logical thinking.

- A person with extensive management experience as a Senior Manager in the Operations Department
- Understanding of the latest industry trends and technologies

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday-Friday /Saturday morning (08:30 - 12:00)
**During probation: Every Saturday morning (08:30 - 12:00)
