Role & Responsibility
• Getting requirement with Key User or Business Owner &Assist in business conceptualization and rationalization (fit & gap analysis) till summarize requirement.
• Define project scope, system objectives, and requirements with stakeholders and Project owners.
• Design and confirm functional specification including application flow, business logics, screens, reports and data files, etc.
• Participation in software product definition include analyze, prioritize and confirm end-to-end processes.
• Perform impact analysis, consolidate implementation or enhance efforts and develop implementation plan from the input of various parties as Sa & Dev team, QA, Database and Infrastructure team include briefing related team for scope of work in project.
• Build platform features, APIs, solutions, integration, and work flow.
• Translate technical specs into non-technical requirements for the product owner.
• Control requirements, Review Technical Requirement and Prepare Training & Materials (Lead)
• Preparation/Execution UAT Phase with Key User
• Preparation/Execution training phase to End User
• Provide supporting after Go-live to user when meet an incident or issue by analyst to find the root cause include of coordinate with Technical Team to solve the issue or incident.
• Ensure that all processes are documented and that any necessary training is provided.
• Ensure that deadlines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate and management with user and vendor.
• Create and maintain documents.
• Supervise and coach subordinate(s).
