Job Summary:
The F&B Manager at iRetreat is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional quality and service standards that align with our wellness and hospitality values. This role includes managing daily operations, curating wellness-focused menus, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. This position requires a balance of operational and managerial expertise to create an atmosphere where guests feel nourished and valued.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operational Management:
o Oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring alignment with iRetreat’s wellness and quality standards.
o Develop and maintain F&B SOPs, policies, and procedures.
o Coordinate with the Executive Chef to ensure menu offerings meet guests’ dietary preferences and promote a wellness-focused experience.
• Financial Management:
o Develop and manage budgets, control expenses, and analyze F&B performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
o Ensure accurate inventory control, including purchasing, stock management, and waste reduction.
• Guest Experience:
o Ensure a personalized and attentive guest experience, adapting F&B offerings to meet guests’ wellness and dietary needs.
o Gather and respond to guest feedback to continuously improve service and offerings.
• Compliance and Safety:
o Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, food handling procedures, and iRetreat’s standards.
o Regularly review F&B spaces for cleanliness, organization, and safety.
