JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Supplier quality management and monitoring, reporting, feedback, handover of part problem to BMW IPO SEAQMP
Robust containment/run Quality Assurance process.
Realize nonconforming material process.
Roise complaint report (PPM/Cost/8D/Notice Feedback)
Request 8D's (GS95015)
Deviation/Line trail support
Ensure inventory control of responsible locations (Supplier Resident)
PFMEA check at supplier.

คุณสมบัติ

QUALIFICATION, REQUIREMENTS

Male Age not over than 37 years old.
Bachelor Degree or Higher
English communication skills (fluent speaking, writing/reading)
Automotive industry experience (OEM or Tier 1-2 supplier) 3+ years
Quality related experience (8D report, Root cause analysis, 5S, 5 Why)
Have a Car and able to travel and work abroad (Samutprakarn).
Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
Good organizing, managing, communication skills.
Experience Supplier quality development
Knowledge of quality and business systems
Strong knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), (AIAG & VDA6.3) SPC and MSA
Lean Manufacturing knowledge
Knowledge of TS16949
Knowledge of ISO45001/OHSAS18001
Understanding of ISO14001
Knowledge of measurement techniques

TRIGO Group has established TRIGO Quality Services Thailand Company since 2011 to support the major OEMs and their suppliers in the area of non-conformance management, sorting, inspection, rework and quality engineering services. We provide quality services mainly to leading automotive OEM and Tier 1 manufacturing. Currently we have more than 10 engineers and 100 inspectors permanently employed.
