- Stay updated on market trends and opportunities to identify potential targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with business partners and intermediaries.
- Provide support in various stages of M&A transactions, including due diligence and deal execution.
- Gather and analyze financial and operational data to evaluate target companies.
- Assist in structuring deals and negotiating terms.
- Prepare necessary documents, such as information memoranda and presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, consultant, business development in consulting firm
- Experience in M&A company sourcing
- Demonstrated understanding of business and industry dynamics
- Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
