Job Description
- Organizing appointments, arranging meetings, preparing materials for discussions, recording meeting notes, and tracking the completion of assigned tasks
- Organizing travel logistics while ensuring adherence to company travel policies.
- Addressing IT-related issues, such as managing domain names, hosting, email subscriptions, and the ERP system, by liaising with IT support and vendors.
- Supporting lawyers with legal and trademark-related matters and helping draft trade agreements as necessary.
- Generating monthly and HR-related reports, as well as other documentation requested by executives.
- Handling visa and work permit applications, including ensuring compliance with 90-day reporting requirements for executives.
- Assisting with digital marketing initiatives and coordinating efforts with marketing teams and external vendors.
- Providing support in HR tasks, such as recruitment and maintaining employee records.
- Overseeing the stock cutting and registration processes for BOI, ensuring compliance with all relevant BOI regulations.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Law, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Secretary, Personal Assistant, or Executive Assistant to top management, preferably in a multinational corporation.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Proficient in MS Office and have a basic understanding of IT networks and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with import/export procedures, documentation, incoterms, and knowledge of BOI regulations is a plus.
- Ability to resolve issues effectively with a service-oriented approach and strong presentation skills.
