Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis to support management decision-making.
Support the finance manager in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
Coordinate with various departments to gather financial data, ensure accuracy, and facilitate timely reporting.
Assist in managing cash flow, close involvement in accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.
Support on financial analysis and modeling to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Support external audits, tax filings, and other financial compliance activities.
Participate in cross-functional projects to improve financial processes, systems, and efficiencies.
Supervise, guide and junior finance team members, as and when needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance, Master’s Degree is an advantage. Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, financial regulations and applicable tax regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively. Good command of English – speak, read and write
