Assistant Vice President of Marketing (Baby Products)

- Assign and monitor tasks to ensure adherence to the strategic plan.
- Lead and support the team to meet performance objectives and expectations.
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify, plan, and mitigate risks associated with marketing activities.
- Maintain the brand’s image and positioning in alignment with the company’s strategy.
- Review and approve marketing plans to ensure they support overall business objectives.
- Make data-driven decisions based on organizational goals, benefits, and risks.
- Evaluate the performance of team members and provide guidance for development.
- At least 10 years of experience in marketing.
- At least 5 years of experience in management and leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Knowledge of distribution channels.
- Expertise in brand management.
- Experience in human resource management.
- Basic understanding of creative production processes (e.g., art, design).
