Business : Digital Marketing Solutions (Tech Company)
Location : Office near Central Easville (Bangkok)
Base Salary : 50,000 THB. (include all allowances and benefits)
Report to : Managing Director
Working Day : Monday - Friday (8.00 - 17.00)
Responsibilities :
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Developing and monitoring all HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Nurturing a positive working environment
- Maintain the Manpower on budget
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintaining payroll, pay plans, and benefits programs
- Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Supervise HR document system
- Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR matrix
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management or a related field
- 5 years or more experience in the HR field and should have worked in supervisory level role for at least 2 years
- Experience in HR Business Partner (HRBP) would be advantage
- Good analytical, problem solving and team management skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Computer literacy in MS-Office
