Job Description:
- Assist in managing the content creation process from ideation to publication.
- Collaborate with the Content Copywriter and Graphic Designer to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand tone and guidelines.
- Help develop content strategies and maintain content pillars in line with client objectives.
- Support the creation and maintenance of content calendars, ensuring timely publication of content.
- Review content drafts, providing feedback to ensure quality and adherence to brand voice.
- Ensure content meets SEO best practices for optimized performance.
- Analyze content performance with guidance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Support the content team in staying updated on industry trends.
- Assist in presenting content ideas and strategies to clients, gathering feedback for improvement.
Additional Scope for Senior role:
- Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies and establish content pillars aligned with client goals.
- Review and approve final content drafts and designs, offering constructive feedback and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Analyze content performance and generate reports and use insights to adjust strategies and improve future content.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, offering feedback and supporting their professional growth.
- Age preferably 24-35 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1-2 years for Junior / 3-5 years of experience for Senior in content creation or content management.
- Strong writing and editing skills in both Thai and English.
- Familiarity with content strategies and digital marketing practices (SEO, social media).
- Experience managing content teams and driving performance improvements for Senior role.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
