Assistant Human Resources Manager
บริษัท แฟชั่น อี-คอมเมิร์ซ เอเชีย จำกัด- Head of HR Business Support day to day including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and compliance
- Co-ordinate and implement an effective on-boarding process for new staff to include liaising with line managers and other key stakeholders
- Support the management of sickness absence in accordance with relevant company policies e.g. update and maintain data, monitor and report on sickness absence levels, providing statistics for monthly reports and liaise with the occupational health and safety officer and reports
- Support line managers and staff with their duties relating to performance management including KPIs monitoring
- Provide timely and accurate advice and guidance to managers and staff on a wide range of Human Resources policies and procedures, seeking advice from the HR Manager as appropriate
- Assist in the review and development of Human Resources policies and procedures
- Maintain and provide accurate and timely HR management information and manage information in line with data protection policies and procedures
- Monitor and Conduct HR Services system to provide
- Conduct HR regular audits and assessments of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness
- Provide advice and consultation to managers, supervisors and employees
- Develop knowledge and skills of subordinates
- Identify key engagement drivers and develop the supporting internal communication plan to inform, inspire, and involve employees at all levels and geographically dispersed locations
- Identified and prepare the Training calendar for the quarter/year followed Company Training Plan
- Measure the effectiveness of the training & validate the same through feedback
- Control subordinator to learning and development (L&D) activities including planning the arrangements for L&D events; responding to L&D queries; processing invoices related to L&D; taking forward actions following training e.g. evaluation/feedback
- Conduct and Revise HR Policies and Procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company guidelines
- Create and Develop HR-related documentation
- Other tasks as assigned
- Bachelor's degree or higher in HRM, HRD, HROD, Business Administration, Fashion Retails or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Fashion Retails or a related field
- Proven experience and accomplishments related to HR Tools and Labor Law.
- Good Command in communicating and counseling
