Submit passport information updates and visa stamp transfers for Japanese employees and their families.
4 .Control Admin. Section (Company regulation, Salary , Social, Welfare, Recruitment, Evaluate and other)
5.Liaise with Government authorised departments on office license, visa and work permit arrangement for expatriate staff and visitors
6. Responsible for HR policies and regulations to ensure that it complies with company goal, labor law and other related such as IEAT, DIW.
7.Lead of set up and manages the Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environment (QHSSE) management system.Other tasks assigned by management.
