• Assist the sales team with daily activities, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Process orders, manage customer accounts, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Prepare accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, sales reports, forecast, performance analysis and transactions using computer software.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, purchase, finance, and marketing to ensure customer satisfaction and order fulfillment.
