Learning & Development Division Manager

Job Overview:
The Learning & Development (L&D) Division Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization’s training and professional development programs. This role ensures employees acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to perform effectively and contribute to the company's strategic goals.
Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed and create a training matrix for all employees.
- Design and implement comprehensive L&D programs through various type of learning solution that address the needs of the organization and its employees including competency master.
- Lead L&D sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Responsible for learning management systems (LMS) and other training-related tools.
- Work closely with department heads and managers to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.
Job Qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.70 in a Bachelor's degree and a GPA of 3.00 in a Master’s degree.
- TOEIC score of 650 or higher.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in learning and development, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Critical Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems and other training tools.
- Ability to assess training needs and develop effective programs.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing organizational needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
