Civil Engineer - Maintenance

• Perform work in BLC Dept.
• General works of site supervision and construction management responsibility
• Related documentation and report
• Daily report to superior via both verbal and digital communication
• Interface and coordinate with clients
• Coordinate with subcontractors
• Contact Authority for permit issue
• Ability in cost control

*BLC = Building Life Care Department

BLC Department is responsible for all matters regarding Post-Construction and Building Life Cycle Services including Facility Management Services and Maintenance works and providing technical information to client to initiate new projects or expand the scope of works.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering or other related field
• At least 2 years experience in construction site
• Has computer skills, including MS Project, MS Office (Especially MS Excel), Auto Cad, Revit, MS Project
• Good command of English
• Able to work in construction in the suburban area / able to relocate (Chonburi / Rayong / Ayutthaya / Prachinburi)
• Able to work under pressure and able to coordinate with colleagues
