· As BOI function, you will focus on RMTs & eMT online system. Have to manage well of minimum
stock of importing material. To avoid import duty tax refunding. Need to utilize the import duty free of
all import shipment.As Logistic
· Submit machine list in eMT online before import shipment arrival.
· Submit new material formula in RMTs online.
· Balance minimum stock of imported materials and submit document to IC department.
· Utilization the import duty free under BOI & others privilege (FTA).
· Avoid the import refunding process & Review HS code and duty tax for all materials before importing.
· Import document entry will be all accuracy in customs clearance process.
· Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways with forwarder
· Execute logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule
· Forwarder evaluation process & Freight variance controlling.
· Import expense tracking report & Company policy follow up stickily.
· Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low
· To proceed Import shipping documents and invoicing & be the part of CSR and quality system.
· Duty refund process if needed
· BOI scrap process management
· Others task as assignment
· Bachelor degree in logistic or related field.
· At least 5-years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Have an experience with BOI / eMT &
RMTs online system, other privilege (FTA/Free Zone / 19Bis will be advantage), ERP (C5 will be
advantage), Automotive manufacturing (Thailand-OEM system will be advantage).
· Can communicate in English (Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing)
