• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis to support management decision-making.
• Support the finance manager in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather financial data, ensure accuracy, and facilitate timely reporting.
• Assist in managing cash flow, close involvement in accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.
• Support financial analysis and modeling to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Support external audits, tax filings, and other financial compliance activities.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve financial processes, systems, and efficiencies.
• Supervise, guide and junior finance team members, as and when needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or Finance.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in audit field and/or in finance or accounting roles
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, financial regulations and applicable tax regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
