Assistant Service Manager/System Engineer (ATM)

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Engineering or related.
- ATM or Banking services experience more than 2-3 years or related.
- Management for field service support more than 4 years. (Assistant Level)
- If have management large project experience would be receiving special consideration.
- If have management experience for coordinate with banking would be receiving special consideration.
Job descriptions:
Assistant Service Manager Representative:
- Attend customers meetings and get requirements to follow up.
- Coordinate with customers as a customer requirement.
- Coordinate with third party for machine relocation.
- Coordinate with Hitachi technical support, when found product issue occur.
- Coordinate with Hitachi partner if customers provide new requirement.
- Coordinate with sale team support is their requirement.
- Monitor of machines repeat call and coordinate with the team for prevent issue.
System Engineer Representative:
- Attend KBANK meetings for get requirement to follow up.
- Coordinate with customers as customer requirement.
- Coordinate with Hitachi technical support, when found product issue occur.
- Coordinate with Hitachi partner if customer provide new requirement.
- Monitor of machines repeat call and coordinate with the team for prevent issue and penalty

- Strong Problem analysis and Systematic thinking.
- Good Time management.
- Documentation for information representation.
- Understand programming language will be advantage.
- Knowledge about Banking system will be advantage.
- Strong communication skill. (Thai & English)
- Good attitude to work and help team member.
- Willing to work over out of office time. (Overtime paid)
- Experience work with Japanese will be advantage.
