- Design compelling booth layouts and interactive experiences that attract potential clients
- Manage end-to-end booth sales process, from initial planning to post-event follow-up
- Set and achieve aggressive lead generation and conversion targets
- Create tailored pitch decks and sales materials specific to expo audiences
- Train and coordinate booth staff on sales techniques and product messaging
- Conduct pre-event market research to identify key prospects and industry trends
- Negotiate booth placement, size, and additional event sponsorship opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with event organizers and key industry contacts
- Track and analyze booth performance metrics, including lead quality and conversion rates
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in fintech or technology sectors
- Proven track record of successful trade show and expo sales performance
- Strong understanding of fintech industry trends and technologies
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Ability to travel to multiple events
