1.1 Plan, deploy, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments.
1.2 Monitor server performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
1.3 Implement security best practices and patches. - Networking
2.1 Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
2.2 Troubleshoot network connectivity issues. - Infrastructure Automation
3.1 Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks.
3.2 Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles for server provisioning and configuration management. - Security and Compliance
4.1 Implement security measures to protect systems and data.
4.2 Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
4.3 Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments. - Backup and Disaster Recovery
5.1 Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans.
5.2 Test and validate recovery procedures to minimize downtime. - IT Support (Help Desk)
6.1 Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
6.2 Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
6.3 Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers - Visa & Work Permit
7.1 Preparing & Processing VISA, work permit, notify 90 days and other related matters for expatriates
7.2 Liaise matters related to expatriates - Handle task related with HR GA
8.1 Renewal of office rent, copy machine, company cars, drivers & Maids & Messenger Service
8.2 Assist with Facilitys maintenance activities such as electrical systems, water supply systems, and building-related tasks
8.3 Traveling arrangement, booking flight, car, hotel and manage expense
8.4 Purchasing office suppliers, beverage, stock report.
8.5 Handle uniforms, fleet card, safety equipment, business card, car parking
8.6 Handle company events, meeting, company trip, outing, 5Sor, New Year Party
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2 - 5 years of experience in managing basic infrastructure, Networks, Windows Server environments and others
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
- Proven experience as a helpdesk or other customer support role
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Able to communicate in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
- Experienced in Microsoft Dynamic
