Engineer (NOC : Network Operations Center)
Advanced Info Service PLC. (BP3)- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues in real-time to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Respond to alerts and incidents promptly, investigate root causes, and implement solutions to resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain scripts, tools, and automation workflows to enhance network monitoring, alerting, and management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for internal knowledge base and training purposes.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Engineering or related fields.
- Fresh graduate GPA more than 2.75
- Proven experience working in a NOC environment, with a strong understanding of network protocols, technologies, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve network issues.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluent in English both writing and speaking.
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Prefer to working in telecom & programming together.
