- Work in the shift working (24x7)
- First diagnostic problem and do first troubleshooting of enterprise solutions
- EDS (MPLS, SD-WAN, 5G)
- ICT (Cloud, Firewall)
- Mobile services (M2M, SMS)
- To be ticket owner who do proactive update progress incident to customer within OLA time
- To ensure service of customer are normal after incident restoration
- Strong experience 5 years for managing team
• Bachelor’s Degree or master’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or other related fields
• Hand-on experience in manage/consult for router, L2 L3 switch, firewall, IPS, proxy, Cloud solution, Microsoft service for minimum 5-10 years
• Positive attitude, Strong analytical skills, and solid understanding of production support processes – Self-motivated, fast learner, and have strong service minded
• Good personality and communication skill
• Valid certificate of Cisco CCNP will be advantage, Valid certificate of FortiGate NSE4, NSE7 will be advantage, Valid certificate of Palo Alto PCNSE or PAN-OS will be advantage
• Excellent on IT Service Management, project management.
• English communication is excellent
