Key Responsibilities:
• Working under executive/management team to formulate management policy, strategy, and target planning
• Monitoring assigned tasks to the subordinates, managing the team performance to effectively achieve goals, and reporting performance to the management respectively
• Monitoring project’s cost controlling and process of construction
• Verifying contract of construction and monitoring project to be complete effectively
• Getting involve and brainstorming for any consultants with related parties such as product development, marketing, and business development
• Being responsible for any assignment from executive team
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of project construction, from planning to completion.
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate contractors, suppliers, and all stakeholders involved in the construction process.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements.
• Provide leadership and guidance to site teams, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
• Prepare and submit reports on project status and progress to senior management.
