- Continuously monitor Cost Per Engagement (CPE) and Return on Investment (ROI) metrics in line with established targets, analysing data to optimize performance.
- Stay abreast of daily trends and emerging themes in relevant industries and social media landscapes, utilizing these insights to inform KOL and Influencer selection strategies.
- Conduct in-depth platform analysis to understand the nuances and potential for KOL and Influencer development across various social media platforms.
- Maintain a proactive approach in monitoring TikTok trends and activities specific to the assigned country, identifying potential opportunities and threats for engagement and collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, and internal stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective functionalities, particularly TikTok.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Fluency in English
