Redfox Hospitality is seeking a Front Office Manager for one of our apartment hotels in Rawai, Phuket.
This position involves overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and ensuring that guests have a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Here are some of your key responsibilities:
Guest Relations: Manage guest interactions to ensure high levels of satisfaction, address complaints or issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
Operations Management: Oversees the front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, and reservations.
Administrative Duties: managing administrative tasks such as guest records, billing, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Coordination: coordinating with other hotel departments (like housekeeping and maintenance) to ensure smooth operations and prompt handling of guest requests.
Problem Solving: resolving any issues or emergencies that arise, whether related to guests, staff, or operational challenges.
Financial Management: handling cash transactions, processing payments, and refunds.
Compliance: Ensuring all front office operations adhere to hotel policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
Extra services on site: Manage extra on-site services for guests.
Stay offers: Prepare offers for clients and walk-ins and answer related questions.

13. The Employee may request an extra allowance for medical expenses, treatments, or medical drags for yourself or family members once per year, at most 1000 baht annually. The employee must provide certificates of the relationship and report receipts from the pharmacy or hospital (clinic).
14. The Employee may request transportation if the government issues a public notification about possible road floods. There is indisputable evidence of heavy rains and floods in the area.
15. The Company agrees to provide the employee with a 1000-baht allowance once yearly for a birthday celebration. The employee must report receipts from the shop.
