Responsibility
1.Develop marketing and sales strategies for the clinic, including setting sales targets and objectives.
2.Implement suitable marketing campaigns such as discount promotions, product/service promotions, and other marketing activities to increase sales.
3.Study and analyze the market and competition to understand customer needs and develop effective competition strategies.
4.Manage analysis of customer needs and market trends to develop new products and services or improve existing ones to meet customer demands effectively.
5.Build relationships and trust with customers through providing excellent service and professional communication, both within the team and with clinic clients. Additionally, listen to customer feedback and suggestions for service improvement.
6.Analyze the performance of marketing and sales campaigns to improve and evaluate campaign outcomes.
7.Manage sales and marketing team, including customer relations.
