- 8 - 10 years of knowledge in car insurance.
- Manage a Telesales team.
- Oversee the team to ensure they meet set targets and manage the performance of each team to achieve goals.
- Conduct team meetings to track progress and manage the team to maximize motivation.
- Resolve issues encountered by each Telesales team to ensure they meet their targets.
- Initiate and suggest various methods to motivate employees to achieve their sales targets.
- Reduce the turnover rate of employees under supervision.
- Bachelor's Degree (Strong with GPA or higher mathematics subject grades B)
- Age between 30-40 years old
- Have worked for at least 4 years in one company within last 5 years.
- Leadership skill with ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Can Work In The Other Province
