- Lead and manage the accounting and finance team to ensure that the team meets deadlines and adheres to accounting standards.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Maintain the accuracy of accounting records.
- Implement and maintain internal controls (our built-in systems) to protect the company's assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits. -Manage audit results and ensure that the company's financial operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations, review tax compliance, and liaise with tax authorities.
- Implement internal systems (e.g. ERP) in conjunction with the IT department.
- Collaborate with other departments throughout the company to provide financial insights and support.
- Strategic decision-making to focus on planning, execution, and completion of projects to ensure the development and maintenance of the company's budget and create
- Financial forecasts to assist in strategic planning.
- Lead the development and monitoring of budgets.
- Support financial forecasts and variance analysis.
- Review cash flow and coordinate cash management activities.
- Oversee the financial planning process, including forecasting and budgeting.
- Control fixed assets, variable assets, inventory in all processes, such as recording, depreciation, and disposal of assets.
- Prepare special financial reports and analyses as required by management.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting with at least 5 years of direct experience
- 5 years at Managerial level
- Accounting and Finance experience in B2B, e-commerce, logistics, technology will be given special consideration
- Experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements in accordance with accounting standards, familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements is essential
- Strong knowledge of accounting and tax standards
- CPD/CPA license is an advantage
- System analysis skills in both accounting and business processes
- Good personality, leadership skills, service-minded, disciplined, proactive, fast learner, good relationships
- Good computer skills in MS 365 in Account Role Dynamic, SAP and ERP, good use of Excel, VLOOKUP, Pivot and Power BI
