Assistant HR Consultant

- Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations related to client engagements.
- Participate in client meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items as needed.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing client communications, and maintaining project timelines.
- Assist in the development of performance management systems, compensation plans, and employee engagement initiatives for clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and contribute ideas for improving client services.
- Age 22 - 30
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience or internship in HR or consulting is a plus.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and develop in the HR consulting field.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
