- Understand and support the company's sales policies and procedures to ensure the proper and effective treatment of the company's customers.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities in clinics and hospitals. Analyze trends, needs, and competition to shape business strategy.
- Develop and manage the dealer education programs required to maximize the effectiveness of the field sales.
- Visit assigned dealers/customers on a regular basis to promote products, relate new product information, solicit feedback on the company's products and services.
- Build lasting relationships with key decision-makers in clinics and hospitals, collaborating to understand their needs and offer customized solutions.
- Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts in the clinic and hospital sectors.
- Develop and manage relationships with our Business Partner.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, specializing in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, its trends, regulations, and key stakeholders.
- Ability to converse/write fluently in English.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a knack for innovative problem-solving.
- Self-driven, highly motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
