- Control the production process
- Contact and coordinate with relevant agencies
- Develop production standards
- Develop and improve production standards
- Develop and improve employee performance
- Manage the work of operational employees
- Analyze and solve technical production problems
- Summarize reports and problems related to daily production processes
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as marketing, electronic engineering, business administration or a field related to product management
- Have at least 3-5 years of experience working in product management, marketing or business administration, especially in electronics or technology businesses
- Have skills in data analysis, strategic planning and strategic decision-making to develop products and increase market share
- Have knowledge and understanding of electronic technology, including product features, to be able to recommend, improve and develop products appropriately
- Able to work well with various teams, such as product development teams, marketing teams, sales teams and supply chains, including the ability to manage and supervise teams
- Have good communication skills, both in speaking and writing, to be able to present information to executives and teams clearly
- Have creativity in developing new products and improving existing products, including solving various problems that occur in the work process
- Able to prioritize tasks and complete tasks on time, even under pressure
