Apparel & Licensing Manager

- Ensure General Merchandise personnel are well trained and available when needed.
- Regulate seasonal promotions (i.e. holiday display themes, fashion shows, special events, etc.) and coordinate them with other departments.
- Review all stock orders to ensure a fast moving balanced inventory of Apparel & Licensing. Coordinate orders with P&A manager, if possible.
- Purchase product assortments, gauge stock movement, and devise promotions, when necessary.
- Grow the volume of Apparel & Licensing sales.
- Develop advertising sales, and promotional campaigns for Apparel & Licensing. Take care of all Business Promo’s.
- Provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Plan and execute “exceptional” promotions to bring both “new and existing” customers into the dealership on a regular basis.
- Coordinate promotions with other departments to maximize return on promotions spending.
- Age 30-45 years
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years experience with retail sales and inventory management.
- Good command of English.
- Leadership personality with team work capability
- Good supervisor skills, decision-making ability, effective communication.
- Proactive attitude with proven ability to implement solution to problems.
