Regional Sales Manager (Insurance)

- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales teams within the region.
- Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to drive success.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance and align with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client issues promptly.
- Monitor regional sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Work closely with other departments such as marketing, underwriting, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Represent the company in industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making.
