- Build and develop relationships with new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Present employee sourcing services to clients, both in-house and externally
- Negotiate and close sales with clients in the recruitment business
- Analyze client needs and provide advice on suitable recruitment solutions
- Follow up and report sales performance to management
- Source and screen candidates to meet client requirements
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to provide suitable candidates for clients
- Follow up after placement to ensure client satisfaction
- Male/Female, aged 25-35 years
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or service sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good understanding of the recruitment business or employee sourcing
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in English is a plus
- Social Security Fund (SSF)
