Job Highlights
1.High commission.
2.Experience in the recruitment.
3.Recruitment Agency.
4.5 Day works week.
Responsibility
1.Generate new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
2.Sourcing candidate and screen interview.
3.Fully understand Client’s hiring needs.
4.Writing candidate analysis and recommendation report.
5.Liaise with client and candidate on the interview schedule and feedback from both parties after the interview.
1.Bachelor's Degree in any field.
2.At least 3 years of working experience in the recruitment field.
3.Multinational Company experience is preferable
4.Good command of English and Computer Literacy.
5.Have a passion for searching talented candidates via search engines, social networks, and possible ways.
6.Be a professional recruiter.
7.Have basic knowledge of Thai Labor Law, especially in Hiring.
8.Willing to learn, proactive, high responsibility, positive thinking, self-motivated, good teamwork and have a good service-minded.
