Responsibility

1.Set goals and KPI’s for the product development team and to ensure their effective execution and delivery.
2.Responsible for effective scheduling and customer requirement.
3.Works closely with production, planning control and Advanced quality in order to ensure on-time delivery, optimize production lead time and industrialization.
4.Meet customer commitments through production of timely and high quality products and service.
5.Advises and coaches development team on new design and technical choices.
 Liaise with internal and customers’ teams to understand project requirements.
6.Responsible for product development, Sample control, and product problem.
7.Manage Product Lifecycle management system (PLM) and APQP system.
8.Identify and source suitable materials/vendors.
9.Set goals and KPI’s for the product development team and to ensure their effective execution and delivery.
10.Report for result of Design & New development on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
11.Provides leadership and guidance to the development team to ensure all prototypes are correctly produced and accomplished according to the customer requirements and process capabilities.

1. Age of 35 years and above.
2. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development or related field.
4. Knowledge of workforce capacity planning in alignment with capacity.
5. Good presentation skills.
6. Skillset in personnel development.
7. Proficiency in using computer programs, especially Microsoft Office.
8. Excellent English communication skills.
