- Responsible for importation, customs duty and tax management for the goods in CKD kits , parts local and imported
- Coordinate with vendor’s and agencies to support documentation and clearance process
- Support documentation on sub contracting process and keep records
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
- Responsible to keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Managing warehouse operations completely by working with RE stakeholders and logistics agency
- Physical verification inventory, coordinate audit and adherence to tolerance level of discrepancies
- Tracking inventory ageing and update regular MIS on same
- Validation of vendor bills , duty payments and coordination with finance on documents and clearance
- Ensuring GRN and Billing for all materials receipt in SAP system
- Ensuring billing in SAP system to various vendors
- Tracking of goods movement in/out factory and ensuring proper records for same
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance fields
Experience in Automotive Industry will be preferable
Good English Communication skill
