Job Summary & Purpose:
The Customer Representative is responsible for welcome, facilitating and
helping customers in the store (under the company policy) to ensure that superior
shopping experience and total customer satisfaction are delivered.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Warmly welcome all customer. And help them to pick up trolley or basket.
2. Advise the store service (Offiine and Online), the promotion (seasoning or
member) and lead them to the product's location.
3. Able to be an expert in duty grocery zone, Product representative with a good
personality and good attitude.
4. Understand clearly about present promotion and price, Understand what cus-
tomer need.
5. Helping and find Solution for the customer, to be the translator.
6. To Survey type of product or the product that customer cannot find and the
product unavailable to sell
7. To enhance customer satisfaction by providing the excellent service and
communication to customers both of Thai and Foreigner
8. To provide Tops information and product knowledge to customers.
9. Assists in the management of the compilation and distribution of Customer
Relation trends.
10. Assists customers as needed via cross-selling, up-selling and add-ons skills.
Must be up to date on Policies, Procedures, Product Knowledge and Selling Skill
11. Works with third party to ensure seamless handling of all Customer questions
and concerns.
12. To facilitate and help his/her subordinates to manage the department smoothly and timely.
13. To communicate company message to the team correctly and efficiently and
provide their feedback to Tops management.
14. To coordinate with all Tops support team to make overall projects and as-
signments from Management achieved the target.
15. To ensure that proper safety procedures are being used.
16. To get self-updated with new Tops working process and procedures.
17. Survey customer need, customer satisfaction with customer and summary re-
port to store manager and District director
