- Provide technical support and training to customers and partners.
3. Sales and Marketing:
- Prepare and present attractive product presentations and proposals.
- Participate in seminar, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide excellent customer service, including timely response to inquiries and resolving customer issues.
- Manage customer accounts and track sales performance.
