• Responsible for major (BMWbth activities, National Event, Motor Show and Motor Expo) and showroom event planning from initial planning to event promotion, on-site event management and post-event follow up. This includes After Service, Body & Paint events, social media, and email promotion, data cleansing, archiving, and maintenance of all assets
• Work closely with graphic designer to create email and landing page marketing promotions and programs within--segment, BMW model lists. And also collaborate with Social Media & Data Analyst setup digital events on every platform and official website.
• Work with Social Media Manager for launching campaign and promoting the event in advance
• Hands-on and manage proposal, required documents on Sem and Iclaim system- including daily data cleansing, crafting target reports, crafting campaigns in Task world, closed/won opportunity data capture/cleanse, and campaign tracking
• Provide project management and coordination to ensure each event success
• Serve as liaison with vendors on event-related matters
• Collaborate with admin to prepare the premium and complete the payment and all documentaries need.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, which help to evaluate team efficiency, event size, and attendance
• Complete other duties as assigned to meet company goals
