- Oversee all financial operations, ensuring alignment with our brand’s mission to bring pharmaceutical-grade skincare products to the market
- Manage and prepare accurate financial statements, budget reports, and forecasts
- Conduct in-depth budget planning and forecasting, delivering variance analysis to support proactive business adjustments.
- Design and implement financial controls to support sustainable growth, ensuring resources are efficiently allocated and in line with strategic goals.Develop and refine financial models that reflect business scenarios, helping to guide decisions on product development, supply chain management, and market expansion.
- Evaluate and mitigate financial risks, with a particular focus on regulatory compliance, supply chain costs, and currency exposure for imported ingredients.
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, and external auditors, ensuring transparency and financial integrity.
- Collaborate closely with product development, administrative and marketing teams to align financial planning with our company’s product launch cycles and market strategy.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, with experience in retail, skincare, cosmetics or related sectors preferred.
- Expertise in financial modeling, especially in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Effective project management skills, with a focus on delivering outcomes that support product launches and market expansion.
- Ability to present complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders in an understandable way.
- Able to use preferred finance software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and analytics tools to streamline financial processes.
- Strong understanding of cost control, supply chain finance, and pricing strategies specific to skincare or similar industries.
- Experience in managing cash flow, working capital, and inventory financing in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Proficiency in English and Thai (written and spoken), and technical skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
